The controller of data collected on this site is METAVIZOR, a société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €15,000, registered with the Paris Commercial Court under number 922 354 527, whose registered office is at 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.

This site collects no data without your knowledge. Five collections take place, described below: the contact form, the accessibility test, the report request, an internal audience measurement, and the server's technical logs.

The contact form, which you fill in voluntarily: name, company, email address, the URL of the site concerned, and the content of your message.

The AI agent accessibility test, when you use it: the address you enter, the date, the score obtained and the diagnostic detail. This data is used to follow how the tool is used and to identify the most frequent difficulties. Your IP address does not appear in the record we keep: a technical identifier is derived from a secret regenerated daily, making any correlation from one day to the next impossible. Each test is however notified to our internal mailbox, with your IP address, your browser identifier, the language declared and the page you arrived from: these let us qualify an incoming enquiry and detect abusive use of the tool. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. Those messages are kept for three years, the records for at most twenty-five months; neither is published or shared with any third party.

The detailed report request, if you choose to make one: your email address, the domain tested, along with your IP address, your browser identifier and the page you came from. These last items accompany the request in our internal mailbox: they let us qualify an incoming enquiry and detect abusive use of the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to us. You are added to no mailing list and nothing is shared with a third party. Retention: three years from the last exchange.

The server's technical logs, kept by our host for every visit: IP address, date, page requested, referring page and browser identifier. They serve security and technical diagnosis — this is notably how we measure indexing robots' access. They are kept for a maximum of thirteen months.

The sender's IP address is attached to the message received, solely to limit abusive automated submissions.

This data is processed solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to begin a commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, together with the company's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties, and is not used for any automated prospecting.

Messages received are kept for three years from the last exchange — the usual period for commercial prospecting — and then deleted. Data relating to a contractual relationship is kept for the statutory accounting and tax periods.

Internal audience measurement files are kept for a maximum of twenty-five months. The server's technical logs, thirteen months. Where Google Analytics measurement is accepted, its cookies expire after thirteen months and the associated data is deleted according to the retention period configured in the service.

Messages are received in the company's professional mailbox and accessible only to those responsible for handling incoming enquiries. The mail service is provided by the site's host.

If you accepted audience measurement, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC receive the corresponding data. The transfer to the United States relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified.

This site sets no cookies until you have consented, and uses no advertising trackers. On arrival, a banner asks whether you accept Google Analytics measurement: until you answer, or if you decline, no cookie is set and no data reaches Google. You may change your mind at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

An in-house audience measurement counts page views. It records the page address, the referring domain when you arrive from another site, your browser language and your window width. It sets no cookie and creates no lasting identifier: to tell two visits apart within a session, a fingerprint is derived from a secret regenerated every day, which makes linking across days impossible. Your IP address is never stored — only used in that calculation, then discarded.

This data stays on our own server, is shared with no one, and serves only to know which pages are read. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is measured at all.

Typefaces are served from our own server: loading them transmits your IP address to no one.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

These rights may be exercised by email to contact@metavizor.tech. You will receive a reply within one month. Should a disagreement persist, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience. That tool sets cookies and sends data to Google LLC, a company established in the United States.

Nothing is set or sent before you have accepted: consent is denied by default, and the banner offers refusal as visibly as acceptance. Refusing changes nothing about how the site works.

Your IP address is anonymised before processing. You may change your mind at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer: it withdraws your consent, deletes cookies already set, and shows you the banner again.
